| Placing your Order |
| We would like to make the process of choosing your custom dress as easy as possible. Simply follow these easy instructions: |
| -1: Choose your style number |
| -2: Choose color |
| -3: Choose fabric type |
| -4: Proceed to size chart and find the size that best suits your figure |
| (To guarantee the perfect fit, we recommend having your measurements |
| professionally taken) |
| -5: Fill out the order form |
| -6: Please fax order form to: (925)949-0875. Please include your email and we |
| will contact you once your order has been confirmed. |
| Payment |
| ~If you are placing and purchasing an item(s) solely online, full payment is required |
| before the start of fabrication of your garments. |
| ~If you are planning on meeting with us at our shop in Pleasant Hill, California then a |
| partial payment of 50% will be due during the initial consultation. The remainder will |
| be due upon completion and the picking up of your garment. |
| ~We accept Cash, Money Order, PayPal, and personal checks (please include Brides name with check payments). ~Please note that a fee will be added to all returned payments and checks. |
| ~We offer a 5% discount for all cash payments. |
| Shipping |
| ~All garments are shipped via Unites States Postal Services (typically takes 3 to 5 business days) |
| Timing |
| ~Orders are typically completed within 12 weeks (3 months) from the day that we receive a completed order form and payment for the garment(s). ~We recommend that you have the Bridal Parties order forms completed and submitted at least 4 months prior to the wedding date. |
| Rush Orders |
| ~We offer rush orders depending on fabric availability. ~We accept a 4 to 6 week rush order with an additional fee of 25%. |
| Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation |
| ~If for some reason your garment has been delivered damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of order. ~Otherwise consider all sales are final. Items must be returned in the original condition as purchased and shipped within 5 days of receipt. ~Items returned that have been altered will not be accepted; however we do alter dresses for our clients if you need that assistance. |
